Turnkey Starter Landscape Package $5,920
The Starter Package is ideal for first home buyers and investors. The Starter Package includes a feature front garden and a basic rear garden. This package allows the home owners or tenants to move right in.
Standard Inclusions
Soil
9 m3 of imported soil, compost and soil conditioners to improve the existing soils.
Irrigation
Automatic irrigation system to lawn areas running off battery powered tap timers allowing for 2 zones.
Timber edging
12 linear metres of treated pine timber edging 75 mm (H) x 25mm (W) screwed to timber pegs.
Plants
1 Tree (33 cm pot size) aprox. height 1.5-1.8 m.
20 Shrubs and ground covers (14 cm pot size).
Turf
60 m2 of Kikuyu instant turf laid on a prepared surface.
Mulch
3 m3 of timber mulch.
Pebble
2 m3 of Sunset sharps (40 mm).
Proposal based on:
Landscape area of 180m2
Lawn area of 60m2
Garden bed area 40m2
Site preparation completed by builder prior to Garden Warriors onsite.
Site to be cleaned and leveled, existing site soil levels to be 100mm below house breathers

Turnkey Established Landscape Package $7,730
The Established Package is ideal for those second or third home buyers looking to get a fully serviced turnkey package. The Established Package includes a fully landscaped front garden and a rear garden benefiting from additional feature planting. This package allows the home owners or tenants to move right in.
