On Site Consultation
A fee of
$150 is payable on the day of the first consultation.
Process:
Landscape questionnaire and site plans
to be completed and provided to Garden Warriors prior to
first consultation.
After receiving the completed
questionnaire a Garden Warriors team member will contact you
then meet you on site to discuss your landscaping
requirements and to take measurements of the site.
Within 48 hours of this meeting you
will receive a written proposal stating the fee for the
concept.
A concept plan will be created within a
specified time. An estimation of construction costs will
accompany the concept drawings.
Once we have completed the drawings and
estimate, you will be contacted for a second meeting at your
property. We will then present the concept and
estimate to you as well as assisting you in marking out the
project on the site if required. We will also answer any
questions you may have.
Approximately one week after the second
meeting we will contact you to discuss any changes to the
concept.
The concept drawings are generally
appropriate to complete construction of your new
landscape project. If a more detailed plan is required it
will be prepared by using the concept plan and our previous
discussions regarding the landscaping project. A proposal
outlining the fee involved for the final plan will be
forwarded to you before work on the final plan is started.
